We hired Shen Shultz after looking at his experience and ability to sell homes in Malibu. The reviews were not wrong. We sold our home a few months ago thanks to his efforts. From beginning to end he was always available. He brings a lot knowledge of the market, is kind, respectful and has a great demeanour with buyers as well with sellers. He manages to attract a lot of viewers which is a plus when selling a home. He helped us get the price we wanted and When the house was sold he was there through every step of the way. Overall our experience with Shen was very positive and we highly recommend him to any seller that wants to sell their house.

Owner reply: Gisela, thank you so much for your incredibly kind words. It was truly a pleasure working with you and representing you in the sale of your Malibu home. I’m very grateful for the trust you placed in me throughout the entire process, especially navigating a challenging Malibu market. Getting the home sold at a price you were happy with made all the hard work worthwhile. More than anything, I really enjoyed getting to know you and being of service to you and your family. Your kindness and appreciation throughout the process meant a great deal to me. Thank you again for choosing me to represent you and for taking the time to write such a thoughtful review. Just because the home is sold doesn’t mean my job ends, I’m always here if you or your family ever need anything. Thank you! Shen

We could not recommend Shen more! He patiently worked with us to understand our priorities, identified homes that were aligned with our wishes, and invested his time and energy into helping us find the right place. He was always honest, responsive, thoughtful, and timely in all of our communications. We couldn't imagine navigating the process to buy a home without him and relied heavily on his knowledge and deep expertise. We trusted him fully and are so glad we did, as he made the experience of finding a home as seamless as can be. We can't thank him enough! Without hesitation, we recommend Shen to anyone looking for a trustworthy, professional, and personable real estate advisor.

Owner reply: Taylor, thank you so much for these very kind words. It was really wonderful working with you and Michael and helping you find your first home together. I’m so happy for both of you! I’m especially grateful for the trust you put in me throughout the process. Buying a home is a big deal, and it meant a lot to me to be able to help you navigate it and ultimately get you into such a great home. I was as personally invested to make sure the home was just right, I care about your family very much. Congratulations again! I hope you and Michael have many happy years there and make some incredible memories together. And you know I’m always here for you both, just because escrow closed doesn’t mean my job is over. I wish you many happy and healthy years in your beautiful new home. I truly loved working with you both, we were all a great team, and you deserve as much credit for locating this great neighborhood, and am grateful I got to with you in your success!
