My overall experience at University House has been pleasant. The closeness to the football stadium, baseball stadium, basketball stadium, and UL’s campus has been great as a UL student. I have had a few experiences requiring maintenance in my apartment, but the maintenance crew is always quickly on the scene to make the necessary repairs. For the unbeatable price, University Housing has exceeded my expectations coming into my first lease here.
Owner reply: Thank you for the 5-star review, Brodie. We are glad that you find the amenities convenient. We are also very pleased that the maintenance team responded very quickly to resolve those issues. I hope we continue to exceed your and others' expectations.
