Shawn and Tony were absolutely amazing. They were efficient, honest, and communicative. They use a communication platform called Job Tread where they posted all of our documents, a schedule, photos of each day of the work they did, and all messages. Shawn was super prompt in replying to my messages, often within only a few minutes. When our basement flooded during construction, their crew vacuumed up the water and handled the flooding. When our HVAC went out, Tony helped me find a new system and even helped remove and re-install shelving that was blocking the new HVAC system - all without charging me extra. They frequently did things at no additional charge for us just to provide a better outcome. We also had a designer that was difficult to work with, and they handled her well and remained positive and professional through out the process. They were truly incredible, and I have already recommended using them to several people. I cannot recommend them enough.

Owner reply: Thank you so much for sharing such detailed feedback, Julia! It’s wonderful to hear that you appreciated the efficiency, honesty, and communication throughout your project. We’re glad that the Job Tread platform and prompt responses helped keep everything organized and transparent. It means a lot to know that the team’s efforts to go above and beyond were noticed, especially during unexpected situations. Your recommendation is truly appreciated, and your kind words about the professionalism and positivity shown during challenges mean a lot. Your loyalty and generous review keep our team focused on the best part of business.. YOU.. our client! Thank you!!!

Biehl Brothers have now remodeled every bathroom in our house. The lastest was our very outdated basement bathroom. The entire project was handled very professionally, Brian, Chase, Ryan and Cameron were outstanding. Kelly's design was beautiful and we are thrilled at how it turned out. We are about to start another project and always know Biehl Brothers are the contractors we trust!

Owner reply: Thank you so much Sally! It's been a pleasure serving your family over the years and being invited back twice this year already! Thank you for being the kind of customer our company has has the ability to grow with.

We hired Biehl Brothers for a partial master bathroom remodel and had an excellent experience from start to finish. They helped us prioritize high-impact upgrades within our budget, and we really appreciated the flexibility to choose our own fixtures and materials (with helpful guidance along the way) to ensure top-quality results. Kevin, our Team Lead, was outstanding. His craftsmanship and attention to detail really set him apart. When an unexpected issue came up with the shower drain location that wasn’t in the original plans, he built a custom plumber’s box to make everything fit perfectly and keep the project on schedule—the end result looks flawless. Brian, the Project Manager, kept everything running smoothly and handled that issue at no additional cost, which speaks volumes about how well they take care of their customers. We couldn’t be happier with the final result and highly recommend Biehl Brothers. We’ll definitely use them again for any future projects.

Owner reply: Thank you so much for sharing such a detailed and thoughtful review. It’s wonderful to hear that your experience with the master bathroom remodel was so positive and that you felt supported throughout the process. Your kind words about Kevin’s craftsmanship and Brian’s project management are truly appreciated, and it’s great to know that the team’s flexibility and attention to detail made a difference. Thank you for recommending Biehl Brothers and for trusting us with your project.

We had Biehl Brothers for our bath / closet remodel. They were amazing from the initial design and walkthrough to the final product. They clearly state that the quality of their work is most important and it showed throughout. This really showed in the tile work - the best I've seen. They communicate well and are upfront with any changes that are needed or if there are any delays. The crew took great care of our house throughout. Highly, highly recommend.

Owner reply: Ron, We are so glad to hear that you feel who we are showed up in what we do! We will never tire of hearing that! Our team really enjoyed serving your family and it is clients like you that bring out the best in us!
