These guys know their stuff, inside outside top to bottom they’ll let you know what’s happening with your dream property that you are perspectively buying. Do not buy a home without having Tony or inspected first.!!

ACI was able to do my home inspection within a demanding time frame. Tony was incredibly thorough, able to point out the most important things to address immediately after the inspection and then within a couple of days providing an excellent written report that we were able to send the seller, asking them to make the corrections. It really helped having a professional independent party pointing out the issues vs. me, the buyer complaining. The seller appreciated it too. ACI made me feel confident in my purchase that there are no major problems lurking, and most importantly, he pointed out the industry standard for a builders warranty, of which I was unaware. Thanks ACI!!
Owner reply: Thank you so much Leann for the review. We are happy to hear Tony and the rest of the ACI team were able to perform your home inspection promptly and make you feel confident about your purchase. We love working with clients like you.
