Mr Michael burnz I know Mr Mendoza personally and I know that he definitely knows what he’s doing he’s been doing foundation and drainage work for over 20 years your negative review is totally unnecessary if you’re frustrated take your frustration somewhere else not here
Had my wife call for a bid for drainage. Mr. Mendoza did not seem to understand moving water off of a property. Instead of asking any questions, he hung up on her. Unprofessional and a huge red flag.
Owner reply: Hi Michael, We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. This is not the level of communication or service we aim to provide. We would like the opportunity to better understand what happened and make things right. Please give us a call at (469) 735-3868 at your convenience so we can discuss this further. Thank you
