Chastain Roofing

I have had a great experience with Chastain Roofing Company. They have been very quick to respond to my questions and concerns. Ari has been very helpful in scheduling my requests. Ms. Tina & Ms. Cheryl have also been proficient with the handling of my recent hail damage claim handled through my insurance company. My first contact person was their salesperson Bernard. He was very easy to work with in expediting my list of repairs. The roofing crew was amazing. Such hard workers & did a beautiful job on my new roof. The clean up was remarkable! And now due to Bernard’s absence I have acquired Brad to help me with any additional questions or follow up requests. Brad has been very helpful and quick to respond to my needs. He has gone over and above to resolve my issues and concerns. I’m very thankful that I choose Chastain Roofing. They truly “reign”!

Owner reply: Very thankful for your review and we work hard for those testimonials! Thank You Brad

Great job on roof and gutter guard replacement. Bernard Castillo, their inspector, gave honest assessment before and after replacement.

Owner reply: Thanks so much for this review!

Brad from Chastain Roofing Company did our roof inspection. He was Professional, Personable and explained everything in detail from the preparation, installation, and cleanup process. He also addressed the quality roofing materials used including GAF Silver Pledge labor warranty. I definitely recommend Chastain Roofing Inc. for your home or business.

Owner reply: Thank you Mrs Shepherd 😎

Great experience with chastain roofing, easily the best contractors I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. These people really know how to take care of the customer while also providing such a quality job of installing my new roof, they got my custom shingles fast and their work was flawless. Their warranty beats every other company I got quotes from. I would recommend this company to anybody. Thank you so much
